Think Twice Before Action
Analysis is the most important part of any project. It takes me more that one quarter of project’s time to syntax my analysis. I like writting down (yes I still use paper) all my Data and Requests . It helps evolve my thoughts and making the result better and more competitive. After that I have created several tasks which I like to break down to smaller manageable pieces .Then I assign “time gravity” to each piece. At this point its important to keep revisioning my thoughts again and again cause for sure I have missed a Variable. A small tip from me
The key to success is sharing your thoughts with simple people out of the IT World that have nothing to do with your area of expertise
People like your parents or your girlfriend/boyfriend. You cant imagine how usefull a comment they make can be!!!
Creativity
A very abstract word. You can define Creativity in many kind of ways. In my job creativity can be a small function that makes the impossible possible (you will understand me only if you have spend days on an unresolvable problem which you solved in an hour of clarity) or an awesome desing pattern that adds extra quality to the final product or an alternate approach to a client’s problem which offers a nice solution!
No matter how you choose to define it Creativity is a way of life, It makes things awesome, You innovative and draws a smile in every face!
